To avoid possible duplication of telephone orders, please mark confirming
orders clearly.
Prices and Terms
The prices stated are those in effect on the date of publication of
our price list. Prices are subject to change without notice and the prices
prevailing when your order is received will apply. We will be pleased to
furnish quotations. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are f.o.b. shipping point.
All orders are subject to any applicable sales taxes unless a
Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is included with your order or is on file
with our company.
For customers with an established credit account, invoices are due and
payable in full within 30 days from their date. Other customers are requested
to send remittance with their orders, including estimated shipping charges.
Orders may also be shipped COD, if requested.
For orders placed from outside the U.S., remittance shall be made is US dollars by
check drawn on a U.S. bank, international money order or via electronic
funds transfer (EFT). Please contact our office for EFT account information.

Please contact us if you have a large requirement for a particular item.
Quantity discounts are available for many of our products.
Transportation
All shipments will be made via UPS surface, insured,
unless otherwise requested. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to
the invoice. Title, right to possession, and risk of loss pass at point
of shipment even if carrier is selected by us or if prices are quoted at
other than f.o.b. Ronkonkoma, New York.

terms and conditions and will not be bound by terms or conditions stated
by purchaser in any offer, acceptance, or other contractual document. Placing
an order or accepting delivery of products shall constitute acceptance
of Peradata Technology Corporation's terms and conditions.
